D-200 Coiling/Spooling Machine
The D-200 is the smallest and most affordable coiling machine that REELEX Packaging Solutions manufactures. Designed for maximum versatility, the D-200 can wind both REELEX coils and conventional spools. Unlike other REELEX machines, the D-200 does not require any external ancillary equipment as the D-200 includes a payoff, buffer/accumulator and coiling/spooling head all on one frame.
The D-200 is also unique in that instead of signing a typical license agreement with REELEX Packaging Solutions, this machine features a unique "pay per coil" patent royalty payment system. The D-200 can produce 10-20 coils per hour at $0.35 per coil and paid in advance in $1,000 increments. The D-200 is an ideal machine for small manufacturers or distributors which do not require full-time production of REELEX coils.

Spooling Capability

Tension Control
The key to creating precise REELEX coils is controlling the tension as the product is wound. Every REELEX machine includes a specially-designed ring-sheave buffer system to maintain even tension and create a precise wind. All buffers are now upgradable to 15" sheaves for high performance products such as Category 6, 6A and Fiber Optics. |
