What do you need to start?

To get started producing REELEX packages, first contact us. Send us some of your product which we will make samples out of to determine if the product can be made into a REELEX coil. We will then send the samples back to you for evaluation. If you decide REELEX is the right packaging platform for your product, you are ready for the next step. To produce REELEX coils, you will need:

A Package to put the coils in,

A Machine to wind the coils,

And a License Agreement to utilize the patents.

Choosing a Route

Choosing a REELEX machine is based upon two criteria, whether you need on-line capability, and what your production rate is. D-200 Coiler/Winder Starting at $32,900.00

Uses unique pay-per-coil licensing method. Offers both traditional spooling and REELEX winding capability on one machine. Produces 5-10 coils per hour and Recommended for smaller companies with low production rates.

D-750 Coiler Starting at $63,700.00

Single-Spindle REELEX coiling machine. Ideal for off-line medium-rate production. Recommended for medium-sized companies. Produces 30-40 coils per hour depending on operator skill.

D-1500 Coiler Starting at $120,100.00

Dual-spindle coiling system. While one spindle coils, the other is stopped for loading allowing for continuous operation. Ideal for larger manufacturers with dedicated REELEX production lines. Produces 30-50 coils per hour (off-line).

D-2000 Coiler Starting at $5,000.00 per month

Fully automated coiling machine with integrated tube insertion, box folding and gluing station. No operator required so labor costs are zero. Ideal for high-production dedicated REELEX lines. Produces 35-45 coils per hour (off-line).
