The REELEX Machine Line
S320e
The S320e combines a REELEX machine with a spooler. The operator installs a custom-made shaft built to your spools’ dimensions. The traverse is set via touchscreen and the parameters are saved to a recipe for later use. Quick-release mandrels allow users to change mandrel sizes in less than a minute. Operators swap shafts quickly and easily to switch between REELEX and spools.
S320
REELEX’s high-performance single-spindle coiling machine is designed with the latest safety and control standards in mind. Ideally suited for rewind-line packaging from a motorized payoff. Quickly and easily change product types and mandrel sizes. Reliable and dependable, designed for long life and minimal maintenance.
M340
A dual-spindle REELEX coiling machine suitable for both online and offline high-speed coiling. Equipped with automatic cut-and-transfer between spindles, the M340 can run continuously up to 1,500 fpm (450 mpm). For maximum output, the M340 can be set up for online (or “inline”) packaging at the end of an extrusion line.
POD
